Studio Flicker: "I Want You Back"... from the ceiling

Mark and Dane get Cabin Fever and decide to bring back some Jackson 5 grooves! The video is not sideways, it's hanging from the ceiling, see...

(video coming soon, check Facebook)

Studio Flicker: "If You Go" now playing in a theatre near you!

Another entry in this vblogcast series, and this time... live from Avalon Cinema. Ian Wall, Mark Lee, and Dane Letourneau. Filming by Jonathan Sloan.

And fresh out of the oven... for organizational purposes, Studio Flicker now has a facebook group and a listing in the Podcasts section of the iTunes Store.

(video not working at the moment, try Facebook)

Studio Flicker: Jesse+Dane Bass+Guitar Jam

Studio Flicker returns, with an impromptu guitar/bass jam session in a dimly-lit basement... yes, the stuff of legend.

It would've been longer, if only my camera hadn't decided to die.

Studio Flicker: "Sea Tac" live

Observations, nylon strings, barely audible crunching noises. A song called "Sea Tac".

the Studio opens

>>> greetings. I am Dane Letourneau and this is the beginning, the gestation, the coming together, the creation,  ... of a podcast/blog thing WHICH has the very basic purpose of keeping everyone (who is interested) updated in all my musical pursuits.

The plan for now is to start a series of live vodcasts which will involve me and other various pieces of equipment and rubbish making noises, which will hopefully coalesce into something more than nonsensical sound. If that is possible. Which it very well might be.

Like most Internet-based musicians these days, you can find me and my music in a wide variety of locations. The ones I would recommend to you would be my personal website, daneletourneau.comiCompositions, where I post all my new tunes FIRST, Facebook, where you can "become a fan", and my YouTube page which is home to a few live videos of me and friends.

the Studio opens. Welcome in.
